So anyway. That whole meet that I was supposed to have on Friday? Yeah, that never happened. We drove all the way the heck out there, and then sat in the freezing cold for a while, and then they sent us home. It was quality. But that's ok, because we had a quality time on the bus. And then we went up Saturday, and talked music, and played catch with the shotput. That was fun. Every time she picked it up, Ellie was shocked at how heavy it was. That made me laugh. Mhhhhhm. But now track is over! Hallelujah! I can actually train for the BB now!
Speaking of, we had a training run today. And it was about 45 degrees, and really windy. But we ran anyway, dammit! Cuz we're just that dedicated. Hells yes. Julia and I had fun talking about Paige and Markus (her new boyfriend, whom we're not sure we approve of just yet), and also awkward situations. Quality, no?
Ok, I don't know if I've mentioned Beau's band yet, but even if I have, I'm going to again. Essentially, he is INCREDIBLE! Seriously, you would not believe it. His band is called "For Love of Ivy", but you buy his music on iTunes under Beau Osland. I really want to add the music player from his myspace page onto my blog, but I'm technologically challanged. I know it's in HTML, and I also know you can add an HTML object, but somehow it just doesn't work. But you should all go look for his music. My favorite songs is "Heart's Desire", but I also really like "School Girl" and "New Vitality". Oh, and they're going to be in a movie!!!!! It's called "Text", and the band makes an appearance, and they're also on the soundtrack. I'm so in awe of them, you have no idea!
Ok, well, I'm off ot kill time on the Twilight lexicon...
